“The only criticism is the lack of the Thomas Sabo box that comes if you buy it from Thomas Sabo direct.”

“I ordered a bracelet to be delivered to my niece, was a little bit disappointed that it took a week to arrive as it was for her birthday, but I of course should have ordered it sooner. Very friendly staff on the phone when I rang to check the order would go to the different address I had asked for, so really cannot fault the service.”

“A bit confused over delivery.........I spent over £90 so I was expecting courier service but the order came by first class post......consequently I missed the delivery because I was expecting to be notified within a few hours of it's arrival and would therefore have been there to take delivery.”

“Fast and efficient service. It took a while for me to figure out how the presentation box folded into the right shape, but once I had mastered that the rest all looked lovely. My wife certainly seemed to appreciate the present.”

“Very pleased with item however after spending quite a lot on a charm the packaging could have been better and maybe a nice bag included. Bought a much cheaper charm on another site and got a box for Thomas sabo and jewellery pouch.”
