“Very quick and reliable service. Would have liked better Pandora packaging supplied with the item (only a collapsable cardboard box - not even any tissue paper), as was purchased for a gift.”

“Ordered quite a few Pandora charms from Joshua James, always get top quality service, usually next day delivery too, however this time round wasn't listened to, asked for a box as it was for a birthday gift, got a gift bag with no way of closing the bag :( over all I'd shop here again :) x”

“I was extremely impressed with this order but I am still waiting on another order from the 30th April. I sent 3 emails asking why I hadn't received anything yet and also rung you a few times. Both times someone hung up on me. The products were for a present and I had to buy something else instead.”

“I'm very pleased with the products and the speed at which they arrived. The only problem I had was with the packaging. I was really worried when I noticed a large tear in the envelope. Due to the fact that the charms were sent in a regular envelope used for letters, it was only the fact that the charms were in a bag stapled to the paperwork which stopped them being lost. It might be worth using either a jiffy bag or a plastic bag for future deliveries. I would be disappointed to have to go elsewhere because of packaging issues.”

“Fast delivery and great product, but even though only a ring, parcel could not be posted through the letter box due to ring box, would consider using boxes which can be sent out flat and then assembled. Going to PO to collect was a pain”

“The item was exactly as shown on the website. Delivery time was extremely good. Free P&P was also most beneficial. I have one comment: A the charm was intended as a gift I was a little disappointed with the packaging of the product. Previously I received goods direct from Thomas Sabo and felt that their attention to the packaging of the product was enhanced as they included the drawstring 'silk' bag. I will use your company to order further goods but perhaps you could consider my comments regarding the packaging. Thank you.”
