“Bracelet is excellent value for money being only £11.25 for the size we bought - did think it was a tad cheeky that I couldn't buy just the bracelet and had to buy a charm too. However, having said that the bracelet, the charm and postage was all fantastic and I will most likely use the company again”

“When customers are buying a nomination bracelet for the first time as this obviously was it would be useful for instructions on how to insert the charms to be included, also a small booklet showing what additional charms are available would be useful. This was a gift for someone so a gift box or wrap option would be good. I had to fathom out how to put the bracelet together and then go out and buy a gift box to fit, this optional service I feel would be good business for a extra charge ,”

“charms were as described fast efficient delivery but i thought the packaging could have been more sturdy the envelope arrived at my home ripped but luckily the charms had not dropped out will be buying again from you debra wilson”

“The order and delivery process was its usual good standard, i was a bit disappointed though that you have stopped giving the 'gift boxes' with the charms.”

“Good price, prompt service and efficient courier service. Only disappointment was the outer packaging. The watch box was only packed in a padded envelope. This meant the watch box outer got a little 'bent' which spoils it. As it was being given as a present, it does spoil it a little. I would improve the packaging! That said - happy to use your again.”
