“Quick delivery, however packaging was poor, just stuffed in an envelope With a flat pack carton which looks like something out of McDonald's To pack yourself. And the charms instead of being already to the bracklet Was just slung in envelop. POOR”

“The items very despatched very quickly and I cannot find fault with the service. I was, however, upset that the two charms were not in a box, althought flat boxes were provided, but were just stuck to the letter. I thought that they hadn't been included and it took me a long time to actually find them.”

“Bought a horse charm as a Christmas present for my granddaughter, I am sure she will love it. It came very promptly, but was rather disappointed it did not come with a Thomas Sabo box as previously.”

“Good service as usual. I have been ordering Nomination charms and bracelets from Joshua James for a few years now as I have found their stock to be better than any other. My only gripe is that now whenever I get a 5/10% promotional code for my continuing loyalty it excludes Nomination. It never used to and I am sure it makes good business sense not to include it now that Nomination is becoming more popular-it's just a bit disappointing as that is one reason I continued to shop at Joshua James and would recommend it to people.”

“I love Nomination and Joshua James is the only supplier that I know of. I was a bit disappointed in the postal service. You recommend next day but this is not guaranteed, a bit misleading.”
