“Great online store, good service all year but on this instance was sent the wrong bead and have to return the unwanted bead and wait for it to be received their end before the right one can be sent and at this time of year when online is just manic it is a bit of a pain !!”

“received very quickly and happy with the purchase, however I didn't like the packageing supplied, the boxes you use should fold over properly I thought the charms I bought were not very secure.”

“Delivery was quick but I was surprised the packaging was just an envelope with the jewellery shoved in- I nearly missed the bracelet at first. It was nice that the gift boxes came with it but I have a dog that likes to bite my post so these were damaged. If it was packaged better than this would have been avoided. I also didn't receive the free charm tool but I emailed and this was soon sent out”

“Product fine and fast delivery but it was only packaged in a normal a5 envelope which was ripped just where the charm was (im assuming it ripped when going through the royal mail machines) luckily the plastic envelope the charm was in didn't rip too or it would have been lost. I think joshua james need to review their packaging!”

“I placed my order on a Saturday morning and having done so I needed to amend it. Unfortunately I was unable to contact the company by telephone as business hours were from Monday to Friday. I did send two Emails but by the time they were dealt with my order was already on its way. I was impressed with the speed with which the order was sent, but it did not help my dilemma.”
