“you just missed out on very good because i didn't quite like the little pouches that you sent to put them in. I felt they weren't very secure in them, it wouldn't take much to lose one or both of them. I would have liked to given them in boxes, flat packed or at least wrapped in tissue paper. But that aside your service was very good. I will use you again.”

“Items as described and arrived promptly..however delivery envelope was torn down one side One of the charms WA's stapled to the in voice but the other was loose. It was very lucky that it wasn't lost on transit”

“Placed two orders at the same time. All five charms were delivered quickly and correctly. Packaging not very secure. One thin jiffy bag was damaged and open all along one side...luckily the charm didn't fall out as one staple holding small plastic grip bag to paperwork and paperwork was wedged into the jiffy bag! Would still use again.”

“Very nice, quick delivery only down fall was that I ordered a Angel with trumpet for my daughter and when It arrived it was claddau, so I had to go out and buy the Angel from another shop. I would order again tho as they are reasonable price and quick delivery ????”

“Ordered a charm for my daughter for a Christmas gift. It arrived very quickly and was exactly as advertised, although I didn't realise just how small the charms are but unless you own a bracelet then you would not be aware of how they fit into the bracelet. I am sure my daughter will be pleased and would order from here again as it was a swift delivery and a guaranteed back up if not satisfied.”

“Although I received the wrong colour bracelet, I was still happy with the product I was sent. Contacted there customer services, whom were very apologetic about the error and offered to get a replacement sent out before Christmas! Delivery was very quick and had no issues there. All in a very nice company to deal with”

“The delivery was very quick and I liked the option of getting updates about the shipment. There was a hiccup as the complimentary item that was supposed to be delivered with my order was not in the enevelope. This was quickly rectified after I sent an email to customer services. Overall I am pleased with the service and would order again in the future”
