“Quality and price is unmatched! I've bought the same necklace twice now, different birthstone and both have been beautiful quality and the engraving flawless. They've been loved by the birthday ladies they were bought for, gift wrap option and direct delivery, which in Covid has been bloody handy! I will be using Joshua James again, great selections and prices.”

“Have purchased a couple of items over the last year or so, and there has never been a worry or issue. Items have arrived within a day or so, usually faster than expected. Would thoroughly recommend and will be shopping again.”

“The wrong item was delivered. No return label provided. Very poor communication which has led to me not feeling confident that I would receive a replacement or refund, plus pay for returning an item which is wrong. I'm very disappointed. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.”

“Ordered a nomination watch for my wife birthday. Received 2 charms and a bracelet addressed to someone else. No great problem you say, just phone and have the problem remedied. No, you can't phone them, have to email. Emailed and a week later received an email asking me to send a photo of the items delivered. WHY??? Sent photo and waited. Watch arrived late for birthday. Dreadful customer care!!! In each email I sent I asked company to phone to no avail. How can they expect anyone to trust a company who can't pack correct item in the correct envelope and who don't accept telephone calls when they screw up. Birthday present very late and wife disappointed. Suffice to say I won't be using this company again.”
