“Jotta has informed me several times over the years that the logging/reporting function will be improved, but nothing has happened. It is still as difficult to use as it has always been.
I want to be able to check which files that have been copied over to your side, and which files that have been removed. This data are already available on the client in the almost unreadable logfile, so why don't you make a parser to make it readable? Since most of this can take place in the client side, I really don't understand why you don't fix it.”

“If you have small backup needs it's a good and fast service. Once you start to backup larger amounts of data, the service becomes way too expensive. My primary backup service these days is BackBlaze because of the stated reason.”

Hi there, Michael. We're sorry to read that you experience trouble with Jottacloud. You should be able to customise and set your preferred backup schedule from the desktop application, from hourly, automatic or daily.
