“Very good customer service team that responds in a reasonable time frame. Items do take a while to dispatch though (about two weeks from purchase), so if you're in a rush to get items, it may not be the best place to get them. However, Just Geek have a lot of cool items so the wait is worth it, especially if you have other things to occupy your time.”

“I have ordered a few items from Just Geek so I can't narrow it down. Always great, I had an issue where I ordered two items that were released on different dates. But they were going to be delivered after the release of the later item. One quick email and they split the order. I will be back for more!”

“Great customer service, love the emails - professional but a little bit cheeky at the same time 😁 Love my Star Wars hoodie. Great quality, lovely packaging (would happily be able to give as a gift to someone). Has been washed multiple times and can confirm that the logos etc are still in tact! Decent pricing, my fav.”

“Great store I will be purchasing from again. Purchased a number of pre-orders, they always send emails with regular updates on the status of your orders so you know what's happening and when it's been posted. They have a great selection of good quality items and all my purchases have been perfect, no problems at all.”

“I purchase a nightmare before Christmas EarPods case for a birthday gift. The entire purchase journey from start to finish was a delight. Searched for the item I was looking for with ease. Email notification when I made my purchase, tracked my parcel and arrived on the day it was supposed to. I will be using Geek Store again”
