“Fast and safe delivery of item. No sign of damage to the box or the item at all. Item not used yet as bought for use on Stars Wars wedding day (May 4th) but I'm very pleased with it :) !!”

“Never had an issue when shopping on here. I’ve also always been surprised of the speed of delivery even during covid I’ve never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time *cough* zavvi *cough* I did actually have one issue with a mark on an item, they asked for pictures, I gave them pictures, they sent new item. Recently I’ve noticed they’re expanding what they seek which is awesome as it gives another reason to shop with them. A few anime blu rays wouldn’t be a bad thing ;)”

“5 stars because they offer 5 star customer service. No hassle, no "let's get in to a debate". I recently bought something for £14.99, and it wasn't working, so I emailed their customer service team and was immediately offered a refund. That's how a great company work, it means I will continue to buy from them and they'll end up selling more than just one £14.99 item.”
