“All 3 items were well packed inside one box which is good for the environment. Because you use Shop, I was not able to track the package at any point or even get updates which was frustrating specially because it took more than a week to get the ordered items.”

“Delivery is super quick. Some products aren't packaged very well causing to them to get Damged in the post. But after seeing other people show their products on Instagram and Twitter it seems some products are packaged well. Guess that's just a hit and miss. But for the amazing products on the site and the fast delivery I'm giving a 4 star review.”

“I absolutely love my jumper!! National lampoon’s is not very big in the UK so as soon as I seen a Christmas jumper for it on here, I jumped to the chance of buying it! It arrived quickly and I’m so happy with it!!”

“I found the item I was looking for fairly easily. I was navigated to the US site because in Canada, I am geographically closer to the US. So naturally, I made my order through the US store, being informed that my item would arrive sooner compared to that of the UK. After putting my order through, a day later after my order was processed, I was informed it was coming from the UK anyway lol. So that was frustrating, not finding out until after my order was placed that it would take longer than originally expected anyway. I very well would've looked elsewhere for the item. It arrived about two weeks later and I'm very happy with it, all shipping matters considered. But the lack of transparency will probably have me avoid Geek Store in the future unless the item is an exclusive of theirs.”

“Purchased 2 very specific TUBBZ Collectible Ducks which no one else seemed to stock. Geek Store not only had them, but at a reasonable price. The one missing star is merely because one arrived upside down in its container, and neither figures container fitted together particularly well. It should be noted that I attribute that to an issue at the manufacturing end, not at the Geek Store end.”
