“Process was pretty smooth. Only giving 4 stars because the delivery tracking was a bit difficult and said my package was delivered a day or two before it was.”

“My item was faulty but I was able to send it back free and get a replacement sent from different stock, unfortunately, this was also faulty. It was down to a bad batch, so I asked for another replacement. The customer service team were very helpful and the returns process was simple. It's a shame that the item was faulty but was quickly resolved.”

“I've ordered from Geekstore before, and I always get exactly what I order, in good condition. I love the Numskull Christmas sweaters especially. Only downside as a Canadian, I get hit with duties on top of shipping. I know that isn't Geekstores fault though.”

“LOVE Geek Store's product selections! Prices are pretty decent/competitive/fair as well. Shipping costs to the US could be a bit cheaper, especially for DHL over Royal Mail. However I have still bought several items from them and will continue to do so. With my most recent purchases I bought a Halo/UNSC USB -C cable with Halo logos and a really cool light that runs through the charger cord. Very impressive. I have also recently bought a Gears of War Facemask and LOVE IT. Got here pretty quick too which from across the pond was quite impressive. Buy from them with confidence folks.”

“I had ordered an ugly Christmas sweater for my grandson. We live in the US. I ordered a Medium for him (he’s 20). You sent me a Small. Won’t know until Christmas if it’ll fit him. I hope so. It would have been nice to get the size I ordered.”

“Originally was delayed in delivery due to issues with Royal Mail but after speaking with customer service and without telling me, they dispatched another which arrived quickly. Original item lost in the post clearly but the replacement arrived when needed. Great recovery!”
