“The store is great,lots of range and good prices.only major problem i am in europe and i had a worldwide account.didnt notice it was that when i put in my first order.since they changed the website it forces you into a region so i cant access my account anymore which made trying to check on my recent order really difficult.luckily the customer service was able to check it for me but it made the whole thing unnecessarily difficult.as much as i like the company i probably wont buy from them again after this experience.”

“They have some great items that you don’t see in the ‘regular’ high street stores that my son (being an avid gamer) loved. One of the items we ordered was delayed but I was kept up to date on when it was expected into geek store and when they expected to deliver it to me which was extremely helpful. I found staff helpful and friendly every time I got in touch for an order update. Also, when the items arrived they were well packaged and easy to assemble. I’d definitely recommend Geek Store to friends and family - my son and I check out the store on a regular basis for new items and gift ideas 👍🏻😃.”

“Items - Christmas jumpers - took quite long to arrive, but it was early December so I suppose it was the Christmas rush. The jumpers themselves are good, they both fit well. But I'm disappointed in the material - 100% acrylic. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website. I'm not very surprised - acrylic is cheap and generally used for novelty Christmas jumpers - but the material piles a lot and it can be sweaty to wear. Geek store website should at least make the material clear. (Also, I wish someone would make Christmas jumpers out of something else.) But in general, fairly happy with the purchase, it's basically what I expected.”

“4 star rating, but only giving benefit of the doubt. I preordered the entire set of the friends Tubbz. It wasn’t until I noticed that they were no longer preorder but now for sale that I had realized I had not heard anything about the order. Now, with all of that being said, times are tough for everyone around the world and shipping things from the UK to Canada can only be short of a nightmare. The Tubbz arrived in amazing condition, and all things considered, pretty quickly. It’s my understanding that it’s a pretty small team working over there, so, my only recommendation would be - some sort of quicker, more efficient method to inform customers of their preordered items. Again, not a slight in any form. I think the Tubbz are amazing and the team over at Geek Store are killin’ it!”

“Ordered an Elf Christmas jumper from this company. It took a bit longer to arrive than was stated on the estimated delivery notification. I contacted a lady from the company who responded promptly and said to wait a few more days. The item arrived the next day and was well packaged. The product is comfortable and is warm so am very happy.”
