“Gift was loved by the family member which received it. Delivery took a long time to arrive from what was quoted. But other than that a overall good experience.”

“I love the products, but the delivery is painfully slow and customer services don’t reply to email enquiries. If something went wrong or a product wasn’t received, I anticipate that it would be a pain in the behind to resolve, for this I have knocked one star off. The products are really unique and they have a great selection. My items were well packaged and good quality.”

“Great products and decent shipping and delivery times (as long as it’s in stock). When my stuff came DHL, there was a problem with the delivery. Box was wide open when I received it, but surprisingly everything was in the box.”

“A great selection of varied and fun items and decent prices, especially in comparison to other geek merch sites. My only (minor) complaint is that I couldn't find any sort of simple "send as gift" option, so I had to use workarounds to send my brother's recent birthday present. Otherwise, I am very happy with everything I've got from Geek Store.”
