“I found exactly what my son wanted for Christmas, and then more fun stuff as well! Plus, I paid no tax which saved a lot on expensive items. I have looked into your order and can confirm it was dispatched November 28th and that according to the tracking number via USPS it was delivered December 15th at 12:37. “Great site for lots of different niche items - quarter arcade games are a big favourite! The team are really helpful to answer any queries, and were super-fast at getting back to me on something I needed to clarify, which was really important as it was about a present I needed to buy and time was tight. “My item was faulty but I was able to send it back free and get a replacement sent from different stock, unfortunately, this was also faulty. It was down to a bad batch, so I asked for another replacement. The customer service team were very helpful and the returns process was simple. It's a shame that the item was faulty but was quickly resolved.”
