“We ended up with a refund! The quality of the item was good but the sizes were incorrect! They were certainly not set to North American standards. My wife normally wears a medium and we ordered a large since we figured (coming from China) it would be small. It was way too small so we tried for an exchange but you guys said to request a refund. It cost $21 to return the item. Needless to say we will NOT be buying any clothing from you. Amazon has a FREE return policy, maybe you should consider it.
