“Product is very good. I do have a beef with your customer service. I purchased a jacket for my wife in a small size and the next day I sent a note to increase the size to a medium. I received no response. I sent another note to your customer service again no response. I did get the jacket in the small size.

“This jacket was disappointing because of the sizing. Medium was too big in looks and feel even with a vest underneath. So I sent it back and got a small. Small is ok by itself but can’t fit a vest underneath.”
