“BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - First off all of my order was delivered in full and free of damages. HOWEVER the shorts were too small. I have now been chasing them for weeks with 4 email follow ups to try to get a response to return or exchange the shorts. Nothing....no response. Worst customer service I have experienced lately and that is saying a lot with the current service landscape. I do not recommend buying from them unless you are 100% sure on your product or size.”
