“I sent 4 emails stating that the ratchet on the white belt didn’t work and was broken. That was before Christmas. Didn’t get a reply until the beginning of January around the 10th. Poor customer service as far as I’m concerned.”
“ordered two golf shorts...chose the size from previous shorts order from JGS. When new shorts came in they were too big. When trying to exchange I was charged to exchange. When I tried to find out why I was charged it took numerous emails before a response...will not be buying anymore from JGS...rather buy from companies that have a no charge exchange policy”

Ordered 36 Titleist and 36 Callaway. Received 2 x 36 Titleist. There was a price difference between the balls and was charged the correct amount but got only the less expensive items!
I sent an email to advise but did not get a response.

“It took 6 weeks to get my order and many unresponsive emails. They apparently shipped out my order without out a street name on the order. Then I called emailed several times and eventually I received my order. I ordered on May 20th received July10th. Not very good”
“Great shipping and communication but the pants fit sloppy. I usually wear underarmour pants and they fit perfect every time so when these came on sale I thought I would try them out. Sloppy poor fit like an early 90’s suit pant. Won’t buy again but still happy with “Just golf stuff” just not the Nike pant.

“Any time you contact customer support you never get a reply, often it would take 3 or 4 emails before someone would reply, it could be 4 or 5 days before you get a response and sometimes no reply at all..Dont have an issue with the products just the poor response time.”
