Honestly they fit larger than most Adidas shoes and I know the company makes it a big hassle and costly for the customer to return product.

I ordered a 2X and received a S in error. I had to then return this and place a new order for the correct size. The jacket itself is very nice.

The navy and white polos were brand new, still in packaging. The red polo didn't have any packaging and the collar of the shirt was wrinkled severely. The width of the collar was different between both sides of the red polo as well. As for sizing, they don't fit true to size, more on the smaller size, unfortunately.

Very disappointed to find out that the package was shipped with a requirement to sign upon receipt. Resulted in having to pick up the package from the courier depot. In future, kindly advise of the requirements for a signature.

The item is so small than I thought. And screen quality is not really good. However, I understand everything, because it's really cheap. But there's one thing I can't forgive. The package didn't have memory card I paid more for that. And I reported that to you, but I haven't got that so far. It was more than a month ago. I'm so disappointed to you. Thanks.

We purchased the doorbell camera but haven't been able to set it up yet. The batteries have been difficult to source and there is no manual.

I did not have a good experience. I ordered a golf rain jacket for my son. I ralized after I placed the order by I erroneously put the wrong street on the address-the house number,postal code etc was correct. I tried several times to call the telephone # on the order page to advise of the mistake. Was cut off several times but persisted and eventually was able to leave a message. The recording said that I would be contacted Never received a phone call. Also wrote an email. Eventually was advised that a member of the customer satisfaction team would contact me-never happened. !0 days later I got an email that the package was out for delivery. I phoned the delivery company to advise of the street error. They said they could not do anything about it. I asked if they could at least phone the delivery person"Sally" to advise of the wrong street name and to return the package. They said they could not do that. I advised that there was no such street tht i put on the address and that I hoped that the package wold be returned to sender, not just left on some doorstep. As the jacket was a birthday present and I had no idea if or ever the jacket would be delivered I ordered another jacket. The day I ordered the second jacket the first one was delivered. Again I tried phoning and emailing your company to cancel the second order. Never got a response to either the phone calls or mail. Ten days later the second jacket arrived. Now my son has to go throught the hastle of returning the second jacket!!

I ordered a different model, the one with the red accents. You shipped me the wrong one. Someone on your end changed my order without notifying me.

1st time customer. Placed an order on September 8, received 1st part of it 5 days later. I inquired about the 2nd part(I have the tracking #) via email with JFG, and was told they would reach out to supplier to check on the issue, and check back with me with the response. Nothing. A subsequent email to JFG has had no response on this issue. VERY frustrating, just communicate!! Not sure I would bother ordering again, if this is indicative of their customer service

I ordered twice the “Dark Blue” colour and twice was delivered the “Dana” colour. Very frustrating especially knowing the size 34 is still available. I afraid to try a third time in case it come in wrong again and have to return these items. Thankfully I was offered a return label to which I’m still waiting after 8 days. Disappointing and frustrating!!!! Otherwise my experience with JUSTGOLF STUFF has been satisfactory.

I did receive what I ordered but after multiple attempts to call and email JustGolfStuff, even before my purchase was shipped, I was unsuccessful. None of my calls or emails were replied to. I went as far as telling them their customer service was terrible in my last email to them. Never shop there again

Golf balls look okay. Haven’t had a chance to use them yet. Disappointed because the add shows 48x2 white golf balls and I was sent 48x1 white and 48x1 yellow. Wanted all white balls
