“This was my first purchase at the Just Golf Stuff website, after I opened an account and opted to get emails on product promotions with the understanding that I would get 10% off my first purchase. So I ordered the new clubs for my wife, but did not get the discount. No reason was given at the time, and nowhere did I see anything about exclusions to the discount. I sent in an inquiry about why I did not get the discount, and all I got back was 'Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for any additional discounts.' Very unprofessional, and not helpful. If you offer a discount, it should be honored unless you show exclusions on the site.”

service response slow, will think hard before ordering from just golf, will go back to retail. have been telling associates at the golf club of this mess. you need better customer service. once you have our money don't respond so poorly.”
