Ordered two Goose 1.0 Golf Towels and was charged for them on April 14th but DID NOT receive them until April 27th, almost 2 weeks later. I was pleased with the product, once received, but not with the delivery service.

Shoes did not fit. Was not happy that it cost $15.00 postage fee.

I have not yet received my golf cart and I have just initiated a request to review it’s status, why would I now receive this review?

Tops were good quality but too small despite checking sizing carefully. As it said on the website I messaged about returning the 3 tops and heard nothing. I sent another message saying I was returning them to the address they were sent from. No response. Hoping for a refund soon and it cost me $17.14 to mail them back.

I have sent messages about my order and have not even had a reply as of yet. Still have not received my cart order and cannot even get any shipping information. Would be nice to hear from someone but no one seems to be answering emails.

Come on people, you can't offer things for sale you don't have. Take payment and stall and try and find the product, then have to refund. That is called a con.

I ordered the silver colour, received black colour. The box had been opened before & the item looked as if it had been used & repackaged. Not very happy.

The shoes I ordered have not arrived yet. It’s already more than 10 business day since I made the purchase on Apr. 4,2021. I called your customer services and left a message . They are supposed to call me back in 24 hours, but until now no one call me back. I ‘d like to know what’s happening.

The shirt is very nice colour and texture wise. It is unfortunately too small and when I contacted the service people to inquire how to exchange my M to a large they did not answer that question. I also had to inquire what was the return address as this was not clear - that was responded to. Guess I will just return .

The product received was as presented and it arrived quickly. What disappointed me was the fact the item was shown on the website as being offered at a discounted price. Upon receipt of the item, the price tag affixed to the packaging showed the regular price was the same as the advertised discounted price. Not really honest advertising

I only bought a bag from just golf stuff, but it was made of cheap material and broke the first time I used it. Safe to say I am skeptical about their other products now.

You substituted an alternate to the ordered product, without asking for authorization! You will be receiving demand notification for return authorization, including freight charges. This is a disgusting way for you to do business. Everyone I know will become aware of your deplorable sales tactics. Accordingly, I suspect you'll be out business in short order with customer service such as this.

Product shipped not correct. Returned product, advised return product received and correct product would be shipped. Still waiting. Customer Service regarding inquiries very unsatisfactory.

I expected a "Name Brand" grip instead of some no name product that the colour came off on my hands! I could have gotten a better product for less money on Amazon....expected more from Golf Canada!

I've ordered a few times from Just Golf Stuff. Sun glass last year which broke within 4 weeks of delivery. Poor quality. A golf bag which was poor quality so I personally returned it to their "return location" which was a town house in a sketchy part of Toronto and had no one available to sign for it. Fortunately I took pics of the return location and my box on the front door step as proof of return. Just rec'd the latest order of golf grips which appear to be fine. There tracking and communication after the order is placed is non-existent. Rec'd a email indicating the order was processed but had no indication when it may arrive. No notification that anything had shipped. Be very careful what you order.
