“I've ordered a few times from Just Golf Stuff. Sun glass last year which broke within 4 weeks of delivery. Poor quality. A golf bag which was poor quality so I personally returned it to their "return location" which was a town house in a sketchy part of Toronto and had no one available to sign for it. Fortunately I took pics of the return location and my box on the front door step as proof of return. Just rec'd the latest order of golf grips which appear to be fine. There tracking and communication after the order is placed is non-existent. Rec'd a email indicating the order was processed but had no indication when it may arrive. No notification that anything had shipped. Be very careful what you order.”

After 2 phone calls { neither call returned} and a couple of E-Mails, one finally
returned, I received my item about 2 weeks later. A little better follow up from customer
service would have been nice. I have seen items on your sight that I thought about purchasing

The delivery time on this item was outrageous! I had to contact your customer service a couple of times. I’m not sure that my follow ups initiated any action to get my item finally delivered, but it shouldn’t have to be so.
My second issue; the item ordered came in a substitute colour with no advance notice and no explanation. Not good customer service.

“The time between I had to return the item and get another one in a diffferent size was way to long and complicated.I bought the item from Just golf now and had to return it to Tee2 green.Then they could not tell me if they received it or not.had to go to Can par myself to get a print out to say they had received it. More phone calls and emails and finally received the product.So I will not order anything else from Just golf now as there sys is way to complicated.I will just look at Tee2 green website and get it from them.”
