My order never arrived but I was still charged. I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service and have left several voicemails and sent several emails with no response in over a month. I’m going to need to go to my bank to resolve this. Looks like many others have also had this issue. BUYER BEWARE.

I've purchased from JGS many times and most of the time it's a good experience. My last purchase was a total bust. I did not receive my pants only the shorts I bought and the putting training equipment I bought was missing the marker. I sent an email last week that was not responded to and every day that goes by with no response only makes me more and more frustrated.

Never received these shoes. Ordered 2 pairs and received one pair ZG21 golf shoes that were returned. Still have not received a refund even though the parcel from canpar was sent back tracked. Canpar attempted one delivery of the wrong parcel and then put the package on their shelf resulting in me having to go searching for it. I finally located it and then discovered it was a single pair of the wrong shoes that were sent back Sept first and no communication whatsoever and no refund. Not impressed, now we have to fight for a refund for 2 pairs of shoes we never received but they sent a notice to review for lol.

Terrible support, looking to return item and sent 5 emails and 3 phone calls that go to voicemail. Nobody has contacted me back. Jacket fit small and wanted 1 size bigger. But no customer support I just sent the item back hoping for the refund

I didn't receive what I purchased. You advertised 3 dozen Srixon golf balls, 1 dozen each of white, green and pink, I received 2 dozen white and 1 dozen green.

I ordered golf shoes. Not happy with your Customer Service. My order tracking status was not updated for 2 weeks and I became concerned. My emails and voice messages (no agent answers phone calls) went unanswered.

I submitted the following review and received a response to the review as below: They said someone would get back to me - it's been a couple of days and I haven't heard from anyone yet. Seems they haven't resolved their customer service issues. It's been over three weeks since I place the order and they took my money and doesn't look like I'm getting my golf shoes before golf season is over if I get them at all. The company doesn't seem to care about their lack of service. Problem is they have their money so they just don't give a crap about customers issues. Never deal with this company if you expect any kind of service. "Ordered a pair of Footjoy Golf shoes on August 30 (order #77541)- my credit card was charged immediately. I received a tracking number (CANPAR) that showed a label was created. When I received no further update, I sent several emails to JustGolfStuff and left a few messages but got no response. I finally got through to a representative Aidan on September 13 who said he would look into the issue. I have not heard back after a week. At this point, JustGolfStuff has my money and I don't have my product after 3 weeks. Since JustGolfStuff shows that my order was completed, I have no way to get my money back. Very poor service with and communication is non-existent. They are always too busy to answer the phone and no one ever calls back. I have ordered from them before but this will be the last time." While the product purchased was very good, the quality of the customer support was poor. After placing my order on August 28th, the shipment wasn't delivered until September 12th. When I sent emails asking for details about when I could expect the delivery, both emails that I sent to Just Golf Stuff went unanswered. I finally received a response after my shipment had been delivered.

Very slow service. I made the order on 28th August. I received an email the next day to say the order had been processed and then got no more updates. I sent an email on the 9th September which generated an automatic reply saying a customer service agent will be in touch. I never did hear from a customer service agent. The next day I was able to see updates. The golf clubs finally got delivered on 15th September, 19 days after they were ordered . I feel that the order had been overlooked.

Package came on time, the shirts were as picture on the website. The shirts were well packaged. The material and size were as described I have purchased threw just golf for years and items were always item color, size, I choose. Haven't have any issues. Great shirt from ping at a great price.

I am still waiting for a response for almost 4 weeks now and have heard next to nothing from the company regarding an exchange for a bigger size. this is the worst communication I have ever come up against. In fact, if I don't hear from the company in the next two days, I will have to return the shoes a have to beat the return policy dates. I can't review the shoes as they are still in the box
