“Had a little trouble with the delivery guy forgetting to put my bike on the van but that was down to the driver . As far as the just mountain bike team go they were amazing ... I needed the bike for that weekend so I took the journey up and ended up being compensated greafully for the driver's mistake. Bike was great no hassle . overall 8 / 10 and will use these guys again .”

Sadly the bike was delayed and wasn't delivered within their 2-3 day time scale (over a week), I'm not sure of the reason...possibly out of their control.

Looking at your order MTB201407161 you have ordered a
Ghost SE 1300 -2013 - 52cm - Grey/Blue/Lime Green, which is exactly what you received although you are erroneously describing it as “Silver/Blue/Yellow”. The only other colour option is Black - Grey – Blue . The colours are clear to see on both our own and the Ghost website so I’m not sure how you have made this mistake, maybe you were referring to a similar model?
With regards to the delivery timing, the bike was booked out within our advertised time frame before we noticed your special request to delay the delivery to 28/07/14, in the comments of your order. Upon noticing this I personally called you to explain that you bike had been booked out on 22/07/14 for delivery on 23/07/14 explaining that stopping the courier would be no problem what so ever, as we do all we can to make deliveries as convenient as possible.
You then requested that I let the delivery commence and so left it at that.
If there was any error or misunderstanding in this instance on our part then I do apologize.

“On the comformation email. It said 2-3 working days. It took a week to come. Had no email saying it would be longer, i had to chase up progress on the bike. To which i had the option to pay next day delivery to receive the bike on the saturday as i wanted it for sunday. I had an email off them on the saturday morning saying dhl have let them down and that they are having trouble with them at the min. (So why use a delivery company that are leting you down???) the only poistive thing about it they refunded my money for the next day delivery”
Very sorry but as yes the TNT driver in our area has just recently left this has been causing us some issues due to agency drivers and to compound this they failed to carry out a Saturday delivery for you which we specifically requested. We are now looking into an alternative courier.
I would have thought the amazing deal you have on a great bike we took the time to fully inspect and carefully repackage would be some sort of positive for you.
