“Although Michael was on his own and i did have to wait quite a while, he did a very good job replacing two tyres and swapping backs to fronts. Good service overall.”

“The man I started discussion with left the company and so I had to make a fresh application, The second try which was winter tyres on my van was very good. I will use them again and when it goes as sweetly as the second try it could be very good on the icons as well.”

“Tyres fitted at Old Stratford branch. Pleasant service. Prices competitive. I have used this branch for around 12 years now and I am happy to do so. Only criticisms are: 1. No tea/coffee machine in the reception area and the work bays are small which makes it difficult for the operators when 2 cars are being fitted at the same time. I did fear for some paint damage on my car due to this space limitation.”

“Well, I know times are tough for these guys but the price of the budget landsails suddenly creeping up to just shy of bridgestones when I only recently purchased landsails off them a few months prior to make me think "oh might as well get the bridgestones" was the first irritation. But then being told that they recommend tracking being done every 6 months even though I've got a failing balljoint and the tracking will all over the shop anyway and there's no point in doing it until I change the wishbone. Other than that though, they're friendly guys, I was just disappointed that on this occasion they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Normally I'd say recommended... but not on that particular day.”

“Price was good and the service was immediate. Advice to have the tracking corrected was very helpful and I felt the difference straight away but £30 for 2 minutes work is excessive.”

“Every time I get a new tyre do I have to have a wheel alignment? When the recently fitted new tyre is checked after 6 months (rear near side) will it have to be aligned thus incurring further expense?”

“A punctured tyre was sorted out shortly after I realised I had it. The replacement tyre was in stock and I did not have to wait for it to be fitted.”
