“Avery good assessment of the tyres on my 15-year-old Nissan Almera. I left satisfied that the fitting of 2 new tyres, and correction of tracking cured a tendency of the car to pull to the left. i shall use your Basinstoke depot again.”

“Happy with the price and the service, the guys were friendly and chatty. The only criticism I have was the questionable offer of a tracking adjustment to be conducted without the use of a pit or ramp.The guys said they were fully capable of adjusting the track by reaching underneath the vehicle from the sides to adjust the track rods.Certainly not an ideal system. In the event I declined the offer so doesnt matter to me.The tyres were great and good price. Get someone else to adjust track if required.”

“After having 2 tyres fitted then another 2 fitted the following week on a Friday & then going to work in Sat I had a flat tyre - the bead apparently was leaking I was not happy but once I managed to get there (as they do not come out & repair on road site) I found the men at St Neots branch helpful & apologetic - then to my amazement I had a flat again on Sunday - this time apparently there was hole in the tyre so I had to buy another tyre - not impressed - now bought 5 tyres in 2 weeks - but still men in St Neots helpful - after going back again on Monday for a 30 mile check now happier - Thanks Guys / hope I don't see you too soon - if you catch my drift - Kym (blue Fiesta)”

“This is a very convenient way to buy tyres. I like the fact that you can order them and you can go and have them fitted already having paid for them. I don't know how difficult it would be to get an exact time for fitting so that you don't have to wait around too long.”

“Return visit to have tracking checked - it was still out of alignment. I will be returning again next week to have the tracking checked again, just to make sure ther is nothing else wrong with the alignment.”

“On the last two occasions I was unable to buy the tyres of my choice Pirelli. Never had the problem before and its only in the past 18mths its been an issue”

“I did have to wait around quite a while on both occasions but they offered me a warm place to sit. The toilets were revolting. I am not very experienced at buying new tyres so thought it was quite expensive.”
