“A good telephone starting point, free of jargon, not heavy selling, but a readiness to compete.Straight into service at the appointed time. Clear statement of post-fitting check required. Friendly business-like communication throughout. The very definition of service.”

“Very happy with the quick, friendly and flexible service from Luke and his team at Luton which kept me mobile and promptly replaced a damaged tyre which had been sliced by a flint chipping.”

“I dropped into the Lewes branch without an appointment as an error message had just come up on my dashboard about a tyre pressure problem. My car was being looked at within 5 minutes, they discovered that I had a nail in it which was then fixed and I was back on the road within about 20 minutes so I was very pleased and relieved!”

“Not very professional service. Sometimes without a straightforward answer to problems related to steering alignment.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company, we are extremely concerned that you felt our service was neither professional or straight forward. We pride ourselves on offering a just and honest service to our customers so it is disappointing to learn that this does not appear to have been the case on this occasion. We would really welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter in more detail and would appreciate it if you could contact Stuart on customerservices@justtyres.com or telephone 0845 456 9903 to allow us to address your comments and resolve any outstanding concerns that you may have. Thank you, Just Tyres.
