“I had a flat tyre because tyres valve was damaged and AA took me to the local Just Tyres garage. I have asked to change tyres valve but your staff refused to do this, they said that they can\'t repair side damages. My tyre wasn\'t damaged, it was absolutely fine and then I got it, I haven\'t any choice because it was 5.30 and all garages was closing down and I was with flat tyre far away from home, so I can\'t refuse offer. The offer was 115 pounds for the tyre which normaly online is 60 pounds. So basically I was robed by your team. After few days I took <damaged tyre> to kwik fit garage, they said that the tyre is absolutely fine, I probably had a faulty tyre valve. Instead of changing valve and pay 10-15 pounds I was have to buy new tyre for 115 pounds”

“very quick in ordering tryes and letting one know when in and ready for fitting .. fitting was quick and done to high spec .after sales was good. 10 times better than kiwk fit”

“two visits within a month and both with prompt service. The staff are excellent. However the physical space they have to work in was akin to working in a freezer and I don't know how that holds up with Health & Safety at work. It also doesn't show respect for the staff which is a pity in this day and age. Alan Curtis”

“I have been using Just Tyres for many years and always get a great fast efficient service, your staff are always very polite and explain in full what is required, i was in a center yesterday and again was very happy with the service, but i do feel sorry for your staff they work many hours and get very little time off, the manager i was talking to has young children but will get little time with them this Christmas as he will get just two days off even working until 6pm on Christmas eve, i must say that its a shame that a company that provides such a good service has a Scrooge mentality towards their staff, my attitude as an employer is one of giving back to loyal and hard working staff. C.James.”

“quick efficient service sold a 'mid range' tyre - invoice clearly states budget online review states budget tyre - poor eu rating overpriced - could have had a michelin energy saver for less will not be using just tyres again”

“I was told that if I found the same tyre cheaper on the internet then the difference would be refunded. Found it considerably cheaper on their on Just Tyres website that evening and was assured a cheque would be sent - twice. They could not refund using the credit card used to pay for it for some reason. Still waiting for cheque three weeks later.....not optimistic... The tyre fitting was fine though.”
