“The customer service and all that entails was excellent. But we are very unhappy with the product. It simply does not have the amplitude the literature said it had. (aggressiveness of vibration)”

“My original order was defective. However, thanks to a very efficient Customer Service Department they have been able to satisfy my issues completely. Very disappointed. The pump does not pump! No suction-therefore the unit is worthless!”
