“I went to the Lakewood location, I think the name of the employee that helped me out was Karen? She helped me within the lipstick department, stuck around and made sure that I was getting help even after pointing be in the right direction for multiple brands. I'm a class A idiot when it comes to make up, I barely understand how most of it works, but I get by. Her friendliness made the experience 1000 times easier and manageable, it if weren't for her I wouldn't have left the store confident with what I bought. I don't think I would have even bought anything because of the anxiety of wasting good money on something I didn't think would fit me. But she remained positive and encouraging, and it made all the difference. Even when I couldn't figure out what tone of lipstick would suit me best among two colors, her expertise on the subject (pointing out that one has a rosier tint and how it would suit me better). She was probably being extra nice, I know I don't have the best complexion lmao. But either way ok glad she did! It's my first lipstick that isn't donated by my friends!! Thank you Karen! (I hope that was your name 🙏 )”
