“Love the idea of mystery boxes, but, it seemed like, the woman's was no better than, end of stock items. If I wanted gag gifts for a bachelorette party, then no problem. Something special for the evening... Very dissappointed!!! Men's somewhat the same, but, how many choices do they have??? Although, I received a communication from customer service, they were extremely polite and more than willing to make it right :) that would be the BIG reason I keep returning :) Thank you!”

“Packaging and design are fantastic. Controls are hard to see and to me , are not indicative of what they do, could be simplified. A little weak in the vibration strength department but everyone is different. Nice work.”

“The first time I used it, it seemed to have more than one speed; I could use it on low speed. But, the next time, it only worked on a higher speed. When I purchased it, I thought the description read that it had more than one speed.”

“Very good website overall. I came here looking to buy an early present for my 18th birthday (first sex toy ever!) I like how it's organized by category; also the guides were helpful. I figured out what I wanted to buy pretty easily. It came a day earlier than the algorithm predicted, which was nice. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because it feels like they are always trying to upsell you with add-ons. Shipping insurance, "lifetime warranty," paying extra for shipping unless you buy more stuff, etc. I had a very strict budget (a visa gift card with $50 was the only thing I could use to buy things online).”
