I ordered an item for 114 dollars that does not work at all. Very disappointing and now I have to figure out how and if it is returnable.

I bought this for my husband for a surprise what to enjoy together. We have a couple of products from Lelo (he surprised me) and have been very satisfied with toys. My husband didn't enjoy this one at all! I felt disappointed as I was excited to surprise him! It was too short and in his words not tight even. Yes, it vibrates, but he said it does not compensate or add much to all toy. Anyhow, we still like to try other products from Lelo, I have been enjoying their vibrators.

Let's begin saying that the butterfly never worked. I put 4 different batteries thinking it might of been the brand, but no. It never worked. I did not have the time to report the issue but now that they remind me to write a review, I'm doing it. With that being said, I do not recommended this product. Very poor quality.

Very disappointed in my products. Very weak vibration. Such a disappointment. Do companies not make quailty products anymore. Will be returning items for a refund.

latex was very porely made, i am guessing it was manufactured in some third world country for less thanna dollar. If Walmart sold this type of thing, then you would understand the cheap product and its useless value. I will never use this website or store again and will do everything i can to discourage other customers to usr alternative sites. This was a complete rip off and you should be ashamed of yourself
