So I have a pile of about 30 Juul devices that I’ve bought in the past few months and none of them work anymore! This becomes crazy expensive. The pods don’t last more than a few hours when it does work. Emailed Juul directly and it’s a crazy process to get a refund or replacement, they need receipts and the exact location/gas station you bought from and other info. This is a wildly expensive vape for this reason.

My Juul was faulty - they replaced it straight away!! Had a new Juul within 3 days of reporting it! Super easy to report on the website, amazing service, thank you Juul!! Amazing service!
