Juul 2 very good product the app fantastic The e cigarette nice slim only I think the pods too expensive and it's only 18mg of nicotine it should be too 21mg and 3 pods for this price

I gotta say, I love it. But it's TOO EASY to lose! Seriously, I've been searching for that damn little, black stick for half an hour now. And the price doesn't = I'll just pick up another... Dammit!

Delivery - Slow

I have been trying to contact them. there is no live chat and they do not give any phone number. yesyerday they said I wasnt home at 8:48 am for delivery, but I was home all day. Have been waiting today and tracking never says out for delivery and can't contact anyone. The only way to contact is through email but has to be a topic that they enter, which mine isn't listed and wait 24 hrs for response. I will never use again.

Moved out of state and they will no longer let me order. Also, last delivery before I moved went to the wrong house. Delivery service messed up. Batteries go dead after a few weeks. Customer service people seem very confused and offer no remedies.

Even before the pandemic I was unable to go to a store for my purchases, as I am a caregiver with no back up help for my mom who is home-bound, and we do all of our shopping online for delivery.

So I have a pile of about 30 Juul devices that I’ve bought in the past few months and none of them work anymore! This becomes crazy expensive. The pods don’t last more than a few hours when it does work. Emailed Juul directly and it’s a crazy process to get a refund or replacement, they need receipts and the exact location/gas station you bought from and other info. This is a wildly expensive vape for this reason.

Even though their Customer Service was quite efficient and replied quite quickly I am of the opinion that all they had to do was to apologise and give replacement.

My Juul was faulty - they replaced it straight away!! Had a new Juul within 3 days of reporting it! Super easy to report on the website, amazing service, thank you Juul!! Amazing service!

Stairs and uphill climbs are no longer a problem!! Also Juul service has always been wonderful when I’ve called.
