“I have ordered a rucksack to be collected from the Sports Direct store in Hounslow. I have received the email that the item is ready for collection after 2 days! Was expecting to wait much longer and this was a nice surprise! I went to collect the item in the store and was served by a really nice lady, who seemed to be still in training but greeted me with a smile and processed everything quickly and smoothly! I also received a £5 voucher to use in the store what tempted me to do some more shopping. Thanks Karrimor, I will do shop with you again for sure!”

“Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Sandals are so comfortable! I will be ordering another pair. The first time I put them on, they felt like a pair of slippers but also supportive for walking in.”
