Purchased a rolling backpack. It arrived missing a part that would allow me to roll the pack ( a flap covers wheels- there’s nothing to hold it out of way) I’ve been trying to work with the company to make it right. They are horrible about customer service. Since owning the bag other things have broken or ripped Bad quality, bad customer service STAY AWAY!!

A Karrimor Cougar 70 + 10. Used for 6 nights by my 14 year old daughter. Top Hood lid ripped to shreds and lining ripped to shreds. Bought believing this was a quality product (based on my rucksack of 25 years that went all around the world). This is Sports Direct using a brand name to peddle cheap goods not fit for purpose. Customer service says this is "reasonable wear and tear" and if I want to pursue the complaint further I need an independent company to asses it and the report needs to be on headed paper. An absolute joke and waste of £80. Avoid at all costs

"Future customers" BEWARE. These people are untrustworthy. All I want to know is if they can supply spare parts as per their LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Absolutely disgraceful company, too frightened to provide a telephone number, impossible to email. Lifetime guarantee? What a joke. They behave like liars and thieves. How they are allowed to trade is beyond me! POOR WORKMANSHIP and impossible to contact. Such a disappointment. KARRIMOR you have my email address - I expect you to contact me.

Purchased the Karrimor Zephyr 2 running shoe. Very disappointed. I have purchased Karrimor runners before and they have been great. Good wearing and comfortable. These shoes still have the good sole and inserts however the rest of the shoe is poor quality. No ankle cushioning, no cushioning at all in the shoe outer, heel and tongue. As a result, blisters result very quickly. Not recommended

I just threw out some boots, the insole had disintegrated after a few outings five to six at most. It appeared to be made of cardboard, which could explain why it disintegrated so quickly. Priced per outing, probably the most expensive boots I have ever bought.

They sent the wrong size and you have to pay to return it. It cost $300 by UPS and $140 by post office

Running shoes split in toe after light wear and worn twice. Made me jump through hoops to return them I don't have a printer to print off their label and emails that they insisted on i enclosed with packaged shoes that they wouldn't send a courier to collect. As well as a cover letter. Still no refund weeks after.

Completely useless Karrimor hiking boots after four months with little use, top metal lace hook broke & customer service of karrimor wont help at all. After chatting in emails with "Danish" a representative of the company, we sorted out the date purchased & then i was told its not their problem pretty much & then told to "have a nice day". Ive became a repeat customer of karrimor & left high & dry with useless boots still under warranty, the quality really isnt there & i suggest you think twice before buying their products due to useless customer assistance.

Rubbish boots from a company who knowing they were bought from a shop and were out of warranty still asked for pics showing the faults only to wash their hands of any responsibility after I sent them. Time wasting, rubbish boot making idiots!

Bought 2 pairs of Hot Rock boots for myself and my husband, both have split in exactly the same place - upper has come away from sole. Neither are they waterproof as advertised. Customer Services are next to useless and trying to get a refund is pretty much impossible.

3 of us bought Karrimor walking boots billed as waterproof. They are not. All of us had soaking wet feet from only walking through long grass. This was on first wearing. Avoid this company. I tried to email but the system won’t accept it. Tried Sports Direct who replied nothing to do with them. Pathetic

Just purchased a few items direct from the website. They arrived with 50% off tags on the garments, 50% less than I paid. I looked to contact Karrimor, no phone number. Used email and got a generic response. Will be sending the items back and shopping elsewhere.

I bought a £40 pair of Karrimor walking boots (originally priced at £95), on June 16th 2021 and they have started to fail already. Today being the 14th July, it's an absolute outrage that they haven't even lasted a month. My previous two pairs lasted 8 years! Firstly they leak dreadfully, to the point where, during an 8 mile hike across damp moorlands, I had to take them off and change my socks! Because of these leaks, the insert inside one of the boots has come away from the base of the boot, to reveal some pretty shoddy and substandard workmanship. As they let in more water than they repel, my wife is going to use them as planters, as whatever goes in them, watering won't be an issue! It's a real shame that a once reputable company for quality equipment, has gone this way.

I have been wearing a pair of Mount VII Weathertite boots for a few years (not intensively) but they started to leak as the tow protection has peeled off. Karrimor are not interested and claim it cannot be a manufacturing issue. Joke. I've moved to Salomon.

Bought running shoes online for £60 only for them to arrive with a 50% sticker on the side. Customer services advised this was an error and they shouldn't have been on sale. However visiting store same day showed the item is still on sale, customer services then backtracked and changed their reasoning.

I was charged £69.99 ordering directly from the Karrimor website, when the trainers arrived they were in a box from Sports Direct and were being sold as end of line at £20! they refused to refund the difference! Dreadful customer service when I contacted them about it - basically said "unlucky"!!

I bought a ladies pink Berry Sierra jacket. I was pleased with the colour and it seemed wind proof ok. It also stated it was breathable which is why I purchased it and this was what was important to me as a cyclist doing shorter cycles. It showed this jacket could be used for cycling and running. However after wearing it for the first time today and cycling only 8 miles the jacket made my clothing underneath wet and damp I could feel the wetness accumulating inside the jacket not very nice in the winter for this to happen. Just a warning for other cyclists and runners these jackets are not breathable enough for cycling or running which is a shame

I paid £39.99 for a pair of walking poles (and £9.99 postage) . They arrived in good time and I like the poles. However, they have a sale price tag of £19.99! I see others have complained of the same practice by Karrimor. My family has been using their poles for many years but will look for a different (and hopefully more honest) manufacturer in future. Shame on you Karrimor!

If I could give a "minus points" review, I would. I have ordered the items with discount, from SporsDirect/Karrimor, but they charged money from my account without any discounts. The total price on SporsDirect was 65,99 EUR + 10 EUR for delivery and the withdrawal from my card by SporsDirect is 160,80 EUR. I cancelled the order before it was processed, but instead of cancelling I have received the confirmation that "your order is processed". This is just cheating. They mislead with the discounts, charge something different and ignore the messages.
