“Received goods re order KARR40000064942793 delivery and goods fine, problem is that the goods have a sticker on 50% off, ,£5.99 rather than £11.98 paid by me for each one, ordered 2. Would like a refund for difference or would accept 2 free of charge of the same as the original one's gift for grandchildren. Tried online response but not option, neither was telephone. Please resolve.”

“Ordered one day delivery. Told they had bern delivered, they weren't. No response from delivery company or Karrimor. So paid a lot of money, have no shoes.”

“Dear Sir/Madam, I am utterly appalled! My sandals have arrived and fit well, they are decent quality and I need/want them. But the box they arrive in is labelled "Up to 50% off" and has the price as £26.99 - NOT the £54.99 that I have been charged. Unimpressed!”

“I bought three pairs of laces online and was charged £2.99 per pair. On arrival, the laces were marked at 70% discount with the price of 90 pence. I have thus been overcharged and would like a refund of the excess. So wrong! Fraud!”

“Literally the worst company I have ever used. It's nearly a month later and I still don't have the product. Countless emails and nothing. They don't have a contact number and just respond with generic irrelevant information. Do not buy from this company!”

“I paid the price shown on the website. The goods have arrived each with a 50% off tag and a price tag showing half what I actually paid. On my 4 items i have overpaid by £65. Your website is not showing the right pricing. Please either refund me the 50% i have overpaid or I will return the goods. Thank you”

“I received my fleece jackets. Thank you. However, I was charged £39.99 for each one. When they arrived each one had a 50% price tag sale deduction on it for £19.99 each. I emailed you asking for a refund to reflect the price tag and did not get a reply.”

“I paid£39:99 for a backpack from Karrimor.com upon receipt it had been sent via Sports Direct and it had a price tag of £19:99. Try as I might to contact either company, I could not find a telephone number for them, neither did they respond to emails. I feel conned”

“Bought leather flip flops on line for £59.99 plus pp arrived on the box it stated 50% off £29.99 I was still charged £59.99 plus pp, sending them back and half to pay for postage. Have emailed company no response. Total disgusted. Will not be using the company again.”

“Very disappointed that I bought the jacket foe £39 which was immediately taken from my account but when it arrived it had a sale tag on it saying 'sale price £18' I feel that I have been cheated by Sports Direct”

“Ordered off the internet what I thought was a quality garment, priced at £29.99, only to be sent an item of much quality than one I already own. I was even more shocked when the item sent was festooned with labels showing the retail price of £17.00 or, 2 for just £26.00 . Needless to say, customer services declined to offer any refund, saying it was a mistake that they hadn’t removed the labels before sending out!!! I have now returned the item for a full refund. Potential customers beware!”

“I purchased shoes online for my son for Christmas and paid £79.98. The shoes arrived with a sale sticker on for £37.50. So they had obviously been on sale when we put in our order. I emailed and I was told that a refund would not be forthcoming. This really is not good customer service.”
