“Seems the main complaint is being charged full price when Sports Direct offers bid discounts. Moral only buy from Sports Direct, web site or store. I did have a defective walking pole and this was changed in store without quibble. I buy Karrimor walking shoes and boots because they come up wide enough for my feet and the good price at SD. The shoes with daily wear last about three years and the boots with less wear about the same length of time but then I have paid about a third less than many other well known makes.”

“You may have the only gaiters that have a Velcro front closing only. In tough conditions, this is to be preferred over a zip, which will always go wrong when most needed, and can be very difficult to do up in cold/mud etc. However, it is not very clever to sell them for 23.99 on your website, and then send me a pair with "50%"" off and a new price of only 11.99, when you charged me the full price. Do I qualify for a refund for letting you know about such incompetence in your organisation??”

“A comfortable pair of trousers, I would prefer them to be slightly smaller around the legs, the can be on the generous side of a medium.”

“HI, Trainers are exactly what I expected, comfortable and well put together, like the pair they replaced which were also Karrimor. Issue was I was charged £79.99 and when they arrived the box had a sports direct sale label which said unto 50% off £39.99.....Not happy especially when id looked at the SD web site!!”

“Delivered before email saying it was despatched! However, we were not in when the shoes arrived and carrier (Hermes) threw the bag over the 7' back wall/gate where it narrowly missed precious potted plants and lay in the rain for hours. Neighbours were at home and could have taken the package.”

“delivered on time boots were a good quality although not my correct size but fitted my son so we kept them. Only tried in good weather they are comfortable but do require a short break in, the sole to upper attachment looks like it may separate in time but that would be dependant on the terrain they are used in otherwise good value for the money”

“I sent for 2 Pairs of Thermal gloves £13.99 each. When they arrived the label attached to them said £6.99 each. I was disappointed because I had paid £14.06 too much. I was pleased with gloves but nobody likes being duped”

“Great quality, just replaced my last running clothes (also Karrimor) after a couple of years, functional and up to date styles and materials. Always reccomend this brand for fellow runners and outdoor types.”

“Jacket is fine. Very disappointed that I paid £79.99 and it came with pink label attached which said £39.99. Had great difficulty in finding any contact phone. Not happy about this. Full price was deducted from my account.”

“Normally I am happy with the products from Karrimor. However, the running I bag I ordered and paid/charged £39.99 arrived with a tag showing that it had actually been reduced to £19.99. The straps around the waist of the bag are just far too big.”

“I've had several pairs of Karrimor footwear products over the years, always bought on the high street in various UK towns/cities, and I can't fault the quality but with no stockist locally and an immediate need for laces, I turned to mail order. The laces were dispatched by courier when Royal Mail would have been much cheaper and faster. I now note a 'sale' label on the product pricing them at 99p per pair but have been charged £2.99 per pair plus £4.99 delivery. So great products but poor customer service from this particular supplier.”
