“The service I received was prompt but unfortunately I returned the goods as too small requiring a larger size. I will be happier when the coat is replaced with the larger size”

“You made me happy by sending me my order BUT sadly Hermes have not delivered!! They sent me an email telling me it had been delivered but whilst I was in there was no ring on the bell or any person trying to deliver my Karrimor parcel! I have complained but am yet to receive a reply.”
