“Bought a pair of walking boots as I have had 2 pairs previously and so no problem with them. I have been charged £74.99 + pp but on the box the label says '50% off £37.99'. Why have I been charged the full amount?”

“Walking boots arrived quickly but were too small, so recommend buying a size larger if in any doubt. It's a shame as boots were really comfy and light but sadly they were also faulty - one of fasteners came away without any force. Have returned and requested a larger size - let's hope the exchange goes smoothly and it was a one off fault.”

“I bought the Karrimor Capri xlite tights as I’ve had a couple of pairs and they are my favourite running tights. However the design has been changed. The wide waistband which was very flattering has changed, I don’t think it is as wide and the quality of elastic/Lycra doesn’t seem as sturdy, and therefore not as flattering. Also the zipped pocket in the back previously fitted my iPhone perfectly, it now just about fits my debit card! Also I purchased these at full price, which I was happy to pay as I like them that much, however when they were delivered it arrived with a tag with 50% off. Like i said I didn’t mind paying the full price but please at least have the decency to take off the tag, nothing worse than knowing I could have got 2 pairs for the price of one!”

“Whilst what I ordered was correct and the quality reasonable. 2 of the items ordered had a price tag of 50% off, when I emailed the customer service they refused to issue a refund.”

“I recently ordered the two walking poles for my husband, and paid £39.99 plus postage. When they arrived they have a 50% off sticker attached tp the label, and priced at £19.99, I found this rather unfair, and would like to know if you are going to credit me with the difference. My daughter had given myself some as a present earlier in the year, so that is why I thought I would order direct. Thank you in anticipation. My review would have been higher”

“I love the socks, they are the best trainer socks, however, I paid £11.99 each (full price) for two sets of pairs (£23.98 in total) yet when they arrived they had been marked down to £5.99 for each pair!! I was still charged the full amount my JD Sports - fuming!”

“Bought two pairs of trousers. Button broken on one due to being poor quality. Luckily they come with a spare so I could fix myself. Average quality products at low prices. Get what you pay for.”

“I have just re-packed the 2 pairs of walking socks to send back to you. Very miffed that I have to do this and bear the cost- what happened to paying for a returnable receipt as is usual with most firms now ? I have size 2 feet and these socks were very big despite saying size 1-6 on the package.”

“I will have to return my order unfortunately, the quality was good for the price but the cut and fit were not as expected - no sane woman wants to walk half marathon distance trails with uncomfortable, impractical fashion trousers cut to fasten at hip height, and please don't force us to keep buying men's just so we can have trousers cut to fasten at the natural waist. On the other hand, I've bought other Karrimor products which were affordable and did the job well, my parcel arrived promptly and so far service was all fine.”

“Service good, ordered on a Saturday, delivered on Monday. What lets you down is this, ordered 2 pairs of boot laces @ £2.99 per pair. They turned up with 99p price tags from Sports Direct with no offer of a refund for the difference.”

“The socks are great. Just what I wanted but they had stickers on with very different prices to those I paid! They came from Sports Direct and should have been £4.99 not the £11:99 per pack that I paid! Not a mistake I will make again.”
