“very very slow deliver ?? why??”

“Nothing so far. The goods have not been delivered. The courier service has said they will deliver between 9am and 6pm. I have had to take a day off work to be home to accept the delivery. Taking a day off work means any savings I thought I had made have been erased.”

“The goods ordered were fine and came quickly enough. However it is very unusual to have to pay for delivery with a collect-in-store. I shop in many online stores and have never been charged for collecting in store”

“Lovely jacket with nice removable inner. A little shorter than I was expecting. The socks are very disappointing - wore one pair in wellies for a 3 mile walk. I suspect they'll be worn out before Christmas...”

“Quick to get the sandals out to me but it seems I can not send the returns back through Sports Direct. Very frustrating that there is no telephone number to speak to someone at Karrimor !!”

“I received my "karrimor technical approach" some days ago and they look exactly as in the website, good finishing I would say. I dared to buy from Karrimor even after reading too many bad reviews (from many websites) and I'm not disappointed with what I got for 40 euros. The inner sole looks very cheap, but the shoes are comfortable anyway. It's noteworthy that these are shoes for a normal day in the city or eventual "picnic-like" activity. I would not trust the construction of these shoes for going to the mountain.”

“Please with produce. Surprised to be charged for delivery when it when to the store. Very disappointed when given a £5 voucher, to find out that when I got home, it was only valid on that day. Was never mentioned.”

“My name is Atakan, I live in TURKEY and i am a university student also an adventures person so i ordered two diffrent model of rucksacks for backpacking(jaguar&panther)___ that day(17.08.2017) i recieved my cargo. i unboxed them and then i saw panther model has a problem. its divider is not working because it should seam together with main component but it came to my hand with this problem. what should i do? i cannot use the divider for seperating? :/”

“Good choice of products, I have been very happy with previous products from Karrimor. The discount on my product this time was generous and prompted me to spontaneously purchase the product which was a red Jaguar 65l rucksack. My previous purchases were in South Africa and the UK. The rating would have been much better if the backpack would have arrived by Friday morning after ordering it on Tuesday. I hope to receive it soon if DHL Express can forward to where I am now.”
