Ordered 3 pair of laces for my Karrimor trainers @£2.99 each plus £5.82 p&p. They arrived today, a week after the order was placed and each pack has a stick-on label saying 70% off at £0.99 so I am paying £6.00 extra. Not happy at all.

Delayed twice, arrived with a 50% off label when I had paid full price. The bag is what I wanted and is good quality.

Everything was fine regarding speed of delivery etc but I was rather put out that the two packets of walking pole caps I received which I ordered online and paid £5.99 a packet for had a sticker on saying 50% off £2.99! How come the online price didn’t match the sale price on the items received ? I ordered two sets of caps so paid £11.98 instead of £5.98 so felt rather cheated!

as dhl informed, my address has not been indicated fully on the package. just my full name and the post code. as a result of this,my package hasnt been delivered yet and i needed it urgently. I only ordered it to use during my travels but it's too late now...

Order came in less than 2 weeks (8 working days), which is a good thing. However, there is no option to amend/edit order information though, even on the next working day before the items have left the depot. There is also something that kind of surprised me: I decided to order directly from Karrimor instead of SportsDirect, but then received confirmation from cs@sportsdirect. And when the order came the box had a 50% sale sticker which didn't apply to me (see photo).

Great product, great fit, delivered promptly. I do not intend to return. Only given 3* as clearly product from another retailer at 50% off. See attached picture with tags attached. Karrimor your comments please.

Products were perfect but paid for special delivery and had to wait 4 days, after sending an email to ask about my package I got a automated response

I was quite disappointed that I could not find the shoes that I wanted in any Sports Direct store. Explanation? I have had this type of sandal before and it was very good. Unfortunately the new ones are not quite the same and do not look as robust as the previous pair that I bought about 2 years ago.

Have been purchasing Karrimor products for running , i am satisfied with most of their products but unfortunately i cannot say the same with their Bone conduction headphones. In a span of two months , i ordered two paying 50 GBP each , but both of them are unusable . Yes i do sweat a lot ,most probably that was the reason it caused the battery to fail but IPX 6 rating on their headphones are deceiving , And Yes , i do live in tropical paradise Seychelles , running outdoor does make me sweat a lot .

Bit upset when I spent £11.99 per pair of socks + VAT + postage and when they arrived with two money off labels on them. One saying 2 for £9 and the other saying 50% off and a price of £5.99

I bought a 3 in 1 Men Jacket(M) and the UK size is not precise for me(Asian) to get the reference, it's too too large. I will not return or exchange because of the shipping cost, the cost can let me buy a new one...maybe this is the last time for me to online shop your company's good.

Part of my order number KARR40000042699018 was a Karimor Ridge WTX Jacket Ladies. A couple of days after I placed my order I received an email that this item was out of stock and therefore removed from my order. However, firstly my debit card has been charged for the full amount including the above jacket and the amount has not been refunded yet and secondly the item (size 12) shows as available on your site to this day when I checked again. Can you please advice if you are still sending this item and if not when the amount will be refunded to my card so that I can place this order again? Needless to say this is all very confusing and frustrating as I have not received adequate information which I would expect.

Dear Karrimor Costumer Service Manager, I am happy to have a chance to share with you my experience and thoughts about shopping with your company. First let me wish you all the best during the 2018. I am sattisfied with the bought products from you to an certain extend. There was time where I was not happy with the quality of the products, but in general it was OK. What is bothering me and I have shared it with you (2 years ago) on my previous review, is that I am disapointed with the delivery posibbilities to certain countries! I am from Kosovo and unfortunately I have to order or by your products online and give the shipping address of my relatives in Austria or elswere in order to get the bought items!!! Until last year the shipping was done even to Montenegro, but when i tried recently to purchase some products, the shipping to Montenegro was not possible! My point is: I am quite positive that you would have very good bussiness here in Kosovo if you would enable the people to have shipping done to their country of origin. "Hiking is very popular in this area" (Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro etc.) and in the market there is not much places where you could shop for the needed items, especialy brand like the one you are representing! As an overseas customer I was surprised to pay duties and taxes on my purchases when they arrived in my country as Karrimor had already charged me tax on them. I would expect that Karrimor ship enough stock abroad to know that they can and should sell without charging VAT. So for goods that should have cost me $137 PLUS one of either VAT (for a total cost of $171) or Canadian import duties (for a total cost of $212), I ended up paying out BOTH at a total of over $271 (over $296 with shipping). Such a shame as these are really good products being poorly sold to the export market. Not impressed.

The backpack is great, fits my 8 year old girl very good It arrived very fast BUT: The hydrapak 2l bladder is damaged Hose is broken Please see attached picture
