“well late but it should turn up”

“Would have scored 5 stars for the trainers having had them previously. Marked down two stars because the trainers were delivered in a box proudly announcing they were half price. I had paid the full price and customer service refused to honour the discount. Obviously within their rights, but not a positive experience to feel you have effectively been fleeced.”

“Shoes fine, despatch fine, arrived on time. Bought on line at £59.99, arrived in box with sticker saying 50% off now £29.99. Now wouldn't that be nice? No, still debited £59.99. Bah Humbug”

“Size is too small. It’s not a true reflection of what the size says. And my son is of a typical standard build. And I got a size bigger. I can’t be bothered to get a refund.”

“Been a fan of Karrimor for the last 20 years, whether its been my trainers or walking boots they always get the right balance of comfortable but sturdy. This time around the delivery was quick and my trainers came undamaged, but I cant help feeling a bit hard done by when I saw the reduced by 50% shop price emblazoned on the box. Ach well, that's my hard cheese.”

“When the rucksack was delivered it had a big promotion label attached saying there was a 50% reduction on the price To say I feel disappointment is correct! Photo attached”

“Jacket was perfectly fine and everything that it was advertised as. My gripe is that I paid £80.00 yet when it was delivered there was a 50% discount sticker on the jacket advertising the jacket for sale at £40 so I paid £40 more than needed.”

“I have been trying to email as I paid full price for my 3 items but they were all clearly marked sale when they arrived. However I have found your online system difficult to navigate and it deleted the email I constructed.”

“Nothing wrong with the product or the delivery service BUT the box the boots arrived in was marked “50% off” & the original cost of £74.99 was crossed out & replaced by £37.99. Why was I charged the full price ? I took this up with Sports Direct on 14 August but so far no response”

“I ordered Antibes Leather sandals to replace my well used and well loved Karrimor sandals. The order process and the information on despatch and delivery tracking was excellent ( to France at extra cost - total £55.82). I opened the package today and have now two complaints 1: the box has a 50% off sticker - £26.99 see photo - very annoying. 2: My old sandals had an inner sole of a suede material the new ones have a plastic inner sole which immediately feels tacky against the foot. The other ajustable straps enable a reasonable fit seven though the sandal is almost 1cm narrower than the old. It is the unpleasant feeling sole ( inner ) that is the reason for my returning this item”

“No issue with quality or service, but I paid $54.99 and the product arrived at my door with a bright pink “sale” tag listing the price of this product ad $29.99. I still paid full price as agreed upon it I slap in the face when it shows up with a 50% sale price that I was apparently ineligible for.”

“My ON KARR40000054051947 was delivered early and processed efficiently. Unfortunately when I opened the box the small metal name badge on one boot had come off leaving 2x small holes for water to penetrate. I took the boots back to Sports Direct in the Intu centre in Derby on Saturday morning. They did not have a replacement pair available. However they gave me a credit for the cost of the boots £124.99, but were unable to refund the carriage and said I would need to contact "online" to obtain a refund and compensation for having to make a trip to Derby Please le me have your comments on the above Thank you Roger Litchfield 07831 353396 email as above”

“No problems with ordering via Karrimor, it just isn't clear at the time of ordering that the order was actually being sent from Sports Direct. The article I ordered turned out to be on sale at Sports Direct at nearly half the price I had paid for on Karrimor, this was discovered when the order arrived with all the sale tickets on the article! An email with photographic proof of this abnormality got, as a 'gesture of goodwill' a reimbursement for what I considered to have over paid.”
