“I’d love to say all was perfect but unfortunately the product was damaged so I had to bring it back to sports direct. It’s inconvenient that I now have to wait possibly more than a week for my refund.”

“I was very excited to make my first purchase online. The website was fantastic I found the things that I needed. Once I went online to purchase that items that I wanted I started finding some problems. First I was not able to change the transportation method so that was complicated took me awhile to just get it. The second issue was when I went for payment then my credit card was charged but one day later I receive a denial email from your company telling me that my credit card was not working correctly or something like that. Then I have to go to the bank I figured out what happened they told me that they didn't have any problems that it was the sellers issue. Then finally I had to use another credit card and everything went through. now I'm just waiting for my package I hope it comes without any issues. I'm excited. Hope next time I make a purchase is a lot easier.”

“This was my first time using Karrimor and I ordered 2 jackets from the website which both arrived within 4 days at my chosen store. One of the jackets was perfect however the second jacket had padding missing throughout the panels which has subsequently been sent back via the long winded processes of recorded delivery.”

“Unfortunately the jacket received was not as described in my order, a completely different style (and colour) I thought there was something a bit odd on the website, same jacket at different prices, I chose the cheaper price and have now to return the jacket and get a refund, which will hopefully include the postage! Delivery service excellent let’s hope the refund process is as smooth!”

“About ok I suppose. Ordered Thursday pm - delivered Monday am so I shouldn't moan really. The so-called 'walking' shoes just weren't what I wanted or expected. I'd assumed that they'd be a flexible shoe for easy wearing but they were stiff and almost rigid. Then there was the awful drawstring plastic bit sticking up and the hardly-adjustable heel section (that would almost certainly break before too long) and it all added up to a botched design so far as I was concerned. Returned the same morning - but I had to pay postage both ways...”

“The goods are well priced and the delivery happened in good time, but is it not a bit of a liberty charging a fiver to get stock to a shop? Admittedly offset to some extent by the £5 voucher, but then I had to buy something I didn't really, really want.”

“Dear Karrimor team, I have recently received my order and was very disappointed...I like the item and the size is fine but when I checked the site again I found out that the model which I pre-ordered with guaranteed discount (I payed 54.99 pounds) at the moment is TWICE cheaper...As for me its unfair as the idea of the pre-order is that the item is cheaper in comparison to the released one but in practice it turned another way around. Now I am demotivated to buy any products of Karrimor by this way as now I feel kinda fooled.”

“Well it did not made me happy. I'm sorry I have to tell you this but I'm not happy at all. I bought two pairs of boots, one for me and one for my spouse, and the sizes don't fit for both. I could not use the boots nor could my spouse. From the sizing instructions one would say that a size, for example 43, would definitely fit someone that wears 42.5. Your sizing guide says that size 9 UK would fit someone 43 1/3. I wear 42(Converse), 42.5(Nike), 43(Timberland boots) but I can barely walk with your boots. The other pair of boots, 4 UK, 37, could be used by someone who wears 36-36.5. They'd need to be about 7-10 mm larger to fit someone that wears 37 for any shoe company out there except Converse which have their sizes 5 mm larger. So for this reason I'm giving 3/5 stars. I don't know if the boots are of good quality since I can't actually use them and since I'm not from UK the return and change of pairs would probably end up to the value of another pair of boots. (15 pounds * 3 = 45 pounds only for delivery). Best wishes, Hope you fix your sizing and add size in centimeters.”

“"Your system amended my order because of an item being out of stock and then debited my credit card again for the amended amount. Therefore you have charged twice for the items I have received. It is equally disappointing not to be able to speak to someone on the telephone and to receive anonymous emails questioning my order, despite my providing the order number appearing on the paperwork I received. Overall a poor performance and not one I am minded to repeat or recommend. Now having spoken to customer services I have an explanation of how this happened and it can be resolved. However, the difficulties experienced in ordering online and subsequent confusion would not have occurred if there was a telephone number to contact customer services. On a far more positive note I am very pleased with the products which offer exceptionally good value.”

“Not to go on about the excellent and dependable Karrimor clothes of a previous age which drew me back to the company my recent experience was not entirely good. I tried Karrimor sizes in store and then ordered a jacket online. (The jacket I wanted wasn't available in store.) The jacket that arrived was no where near my size and I have had to return it, at my cost, for replacement to a larger size.”

“I love Karrimor products. I've been wearing them for years. Unfortunately the latest pair of trainers I've had delivered have a different colour to what I saw on the screen. I'll wear them until they wear out because I can't afford to pay return postage on something just because it's green not blue. But I am disappointed.”
