“I bought some Karrimor sandals for my daughter to take away on holiday as she managed to lose her existing pair with only two days left before flying. I find karrimor sandals to be extremely comfortable and hard wearing for myself and my children so replacing them was a must. I ordered at 16:15 pm Thursday and paid £6.99 for next day delivery so that she would have them in time for her holiday. Unfortunately they arrived at 10:20 am Saturday which was too late. So despite being pleased with the shoes, I am less impressed at the service as when I pay for next day delivery, I would expect to receive them by 22:00 the next day, not the DAT following that.”

“Sadly not happy with quality of shoe. Am returning as they appear to be either old stock or pre worn? Only came with tissue in one shoe and labels on inside of shoe were distorted as if foot had rubbed them off. Velcro fastenings also very loose.”

“Item was ordered on 13 July. Its now 20 July and still not arrived. Seller uses Hermes. They are rubbish and say attempted delivery when they have not. Goods returned to depot. No card left either so no proof they actually called. Delivery to an office open from 8am to 5.15 pm. shows as failed even in these hours!! Hermes have been told bit ignore. What to do? Never buy from anyone that uses Hermes. Buying was easy and quickly dispatched. Wish goods would arrive....”

“I was originally ecstatic as I have a much loved pair of Karrimor bowfell boots that I am forever wearing but are wearing out now. Unfortunately I didn't realise that despite them having the same name the design has changed - I bought 3 pairs and don't like them as much :(”

“Trainers are very comfy but the quality of them lets them down as they wear out very quickly. 4 weeks wearing every day and they have usually had it. Trainers always arrive very quickly I got mine for £30 they say the rrp is £70 but that must me Made up as £70 would get you high quality other brands and not these that fall apart so quickly.”

“Half and half some foods excellent some wrong. Ordered two pairs 6.5 trainers one pair fits beautifully as I expected as that is the size I take in all shoes, the other "pair" are not a pair, one is bigger than a 6.5 and one is quite obviously nowhere near that size, I then noticed the label with the size in each shoe was stuck over an original size label on peeling the corner back one shoe is size 7.5 and the other is shown as a 5 which probably explains why I could not get it on! Annoyed at the fact that I have to bear the cost of returning goods that are not as advertised or expected had they been the correct size I would have been keeping them”

“Delivery company Hermes are terrible. Says on the website they tried to deliver at my work place at 4.45pm but never did. Therefore paid extra for next day delivery only to have it delivered the day after. Not happy!”

“who decided to add elastic to the tongue of the shoe , I could not get my feet into shoe . I had to cut the elastic . Stick to making hiking boots only .”

“I ordered a Pre Sale rucksack for my niece's 21st birthday and was told it would be delivered on June 30th which was great. However I then received an e-mail telling me that it would be delayed until September 1st which was not acceptable. There was no option that I could find to cancel or change the order which seemed unreasonable given the fact that it was a two month delay. I was away on holiday at the time and communications were difficult so I decided to try and do something about it when I got home and in the meantime the rucksack turned up on June 30th as originally agreed. I don't know if the other e-mail was issued in error or what was going on. I was happy with the end result but didn't appreciate the agro.”

“Love the style and shape of Karrimor wear, my son loves his top and shorts, unfortunately the two pairs of shorts for my daughter are too small- she is an average size 7 yr old and the age 9-10 is too small.”

“Have these sandals in another colour, and they are VERY comfy. Ordered another pair in same size, and surprised to see they are quite a bit smaller. Still acceptable though, but borderline!”

“The item I ordered was fine, exactly as described and well, but I paid extra to have quick delivery, promised arrival on Wednesday, but it only actually got delivered on Thursday, which is only 1 day sooner than standard delivery - disappointing and a waste of money”
