“lovely show, prompt delivery. However, despite every other shoe i possess being a size 6, these were way too small, so will have the inconvenience and added expense of returning for exchange.”

“Service and delivery was good, what has let them down is sending too many messages about each every stage of the order process and then after opting for no advertising from you I have received one before order arrived and one after it arrived. PLEASE NO ADVERTISING E-MAIL!!”

“To Whom It May Concern, Recently I have purchased some products from your website. This is the reference number for the purchase :KARR40000033101884. Unfortunately I had to cancel ONE of the produts, but THREE were not delivered at the end! Please consider my case. The refrence number for cancelled one is 444880. The products that are not deliveerd against my will 793000 and 444897. If its possible to send me the two products without any extra charge for post and any other, please do it. Otherewise please send me back the money for those two products. any way , please pay back my money to my account . thank you. Best regards, Mohsen Rahimi.”

“Consider changing your courier, no way of contacting Hermes to redeliver from the website as bought through an "online retailer", no contact details on the delivery card, just a note saying your item will be returned if you are not in when delivering. A bit poor when paying for next day delivery and you are unable to contact the courier company.”

“Kept up to date on progress. Good prices. Relatively quick delivery. However the item I ordered is damaged and I will have to return it at my own cost. Would be much better if I could drop it off from the store I picked it up from.”

“Lovely looking coat- shame the sizes are totally off. Alot smaller than you think. I ordered a size bigger than normal so i had room for layers and it was still way to small.”

“The order process was good and simple, and the packaging + delivery was also good. The product was nice quality and just as expected except for the sizing. The 10.5 (UK) was too short and I have had to return the shoes for a size 11. My partner does not normally take a size 11 so we have come to the conclusion that the sizing is on the small size.”

“Well they charged me £28 for 2 pairs of running shorts. Oddly pne of the pairs had Sports Direct tags on them saying get 2 pairs for £17! Let me think how that works?”

“Wasn't expecting much from this bargain basement brand and Karrimor didn't let me down. Couldn't open a pocket as the zip was sown to the edging and the pockets are too small to get even the smallest of hands in. It's going back. Collected it from sports direct who's staff couldn't be less useful if the tried”
