“This is my first time shop your brand. The quality and style are great. However, certain mistakes make me hesitated to shop again and introduce Karrimor to my friend here HK and China. 1) the Aluminum bottle have not packed properly, my bottle was dented 3 places. 2) I brought 3 tee, my Chest is 35.5", refers to your size guild, I should buy size S, but they are totally too big. Your guild is not correct. I can only give them all to my friend. Since I am not live in UK now, returning goods maybe charged, it is a headache for us.”

“Disappointing that Karrimor do not sell matching replacement laces. They have only three available and they're not in the style or quality of the original laces. What is it with footwear manufacturers that they can't supply proper spare laces that will almost certainly not last as long as the shoe/boot itself?”

“Happy that I got the goods I was looking for but unhappy that I paid £6.99 for next day delivery when I ordered Friday morning and didn't receive my goods till today Monday afternoon ?? Not happy about that at all .”

“Karrimor product as described. Despatched speedily. Security tag still on, so as I was due to travel made the bag unusable. Hence, needed to send back. Quality still good, but not quite the same materials and quality as a 'Hot Rock' of 20 years ago.”

“Karrimor clothes are really ok, nice materials and good quality. Unfortunately backpack ( hand hold broke off before first trip) and Hydration Bladder (water taste plastic even after few hours of washing) are far below expectations.”

“Previously I have been impressed with your product, this time even though its the same range the quality has changed and the cut and sewn elements have had reductions around arm ends making the fit too tight for muscles to fit (don't have huge muscles) so sadly Karrimor has left me feeling less happy. The packaging was a bit rough things meant to be in bags inside the main bag, where not and then the labelling 70% off all over it, this is not required, is it! The material is much thinner than my last set, I think it will not last as long, which is a shame. Going to need to re-think where to shop next time. Also, delivery to a store, you still charge for that, this is poor form, most charge for direct to door, but to a store! (mmmm)”

“very pleased with jacket, however I didn't receive it next day as I had paid for. the following day Yodel obviously came but left no information. yodel are not a very efficient company and I can say that I have had problems with them before with other deliveries.”

“Delivery went well but inside of shoe spoilt by sticky label that cannot be removed. Tried damp cloth but that just stretched pink lining. What a bad system.”

“My wife purchased her first pair of sandals from Sports Direct on the the 4 August 2016, whilst away on holiday, in Exeter.(£49.99) Within in a very short time the straps to the rear of the sandals broke and stitching came undone! We took the sandals to our local branch of Sports Direct , in Telford ,who immediately refunded our money. My wife loved the sandals so much we looked on line to find a replacement, We found them (cheaper £39.99inc. p/p) on your site and ordered them. They were delivered very quickly, but we have noticed faulty stitching again on the straps that go around the heel. We do not want to go to the trouble of sending items back all the time ! sandals are generally very nice and comfortable.”

“Product is good value and decent quality. Shipping costs are however ridiculous - £4.99 for a 5 day delivery is very poor and far behind competitors which makes overall service less attractive.”

“The shoes I ordered came pretty fast in store. I picked them up and everything was fine. Shoes are looking great as model but one of them is slightly lighter than the oter one, probably because was used for presentation in store. I can live with that though.”
