“The delivery is very fast, quality is good. The only disappointment is that the size listed online does not really match with the actual size, for instance the pants that I bought were much bigger than the size listed. But as the cost of returning a product is much higher than the pants, I have no other way but to accept the lost.”

“Can't comment on the kit, hasn't arrived yet. Paying for next day delivery was a mistake with YODAL doing the drop off ! Two attempted deliveries with no card left, no notification when it's leaving the depot for delivery etc. Am sure the kit will be good but let down by the delivery.”

“The shoes I ordered were a replica of a similar pair I have - just a different colour. They are much bigger so too big for me. I'm not impressed that I had to pay a delivery charge when I was collecting them from a JB Sports shop and that I have to pay postage again to return them. That means the shoes are no longer the bargain they seemed to be when ordering.”

“Lovely sandals, but the sizing has changed. They are coming up small compared to the ones I bought 2 years ago. There is about a centimetre difference between my original pair and my new ones.”

“The delivery was quick however the product waS a disappointment. I ordered some running shorts, the same as i have had before but the material seemed slightly thinner and the shorts were extremely creased so unfortunately i am sending them back. This is why i rarely shop online but i thought the shorts would be of the same quality as previously bought but alas no.”

“Great service and prompt delivery of rucksack. Disappointed with the quality of the rucksack once received as despite it being the same model as my old rucksack, it certainly isnt made with the same quality of materials (admittedly the rucksack in question is now 20 years old and guess its unrealistic to assume that standards would be comparable)”

“the size of the bag was disappointing and not what I was expecting. When it came it was labelled wrong so I'm beginning to think I received the wrong order: my bag was £28.00 but the label on the bag when I received it said £34.99. It is a 65L capacity rucksack but is no bigger than an average sized backpack, extremely disappointed and now have to look for a bag somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!”
