“Order four items and collected at Sports Direct. All arrived very quickly. But, the jacked is tagged as L (as ordered) but is labelled XL on the jacket. Just as well I ordered ahead of my trip to allow for posted return as unable to resolve in store which was very disappointing”

“My size is 12, some desige of the clothes, the sleeves and body are too long for me to wear, if return some of the clothes, I have to pay the postage which is not worth doing it. so I do not know what I am going to do.”

“The ice gilet is perfectly adequate but I don't think it is up to the quality if my previous Karrimor gilet. Also disappointed that the facility to fold the jacket into the breast pocket is no longer provided. Summary, perfectly adequate but falls short of my old jacket.”

“OK I am 5ft 11 and about 84 kg with 42 inch chest and usually easily fit into a size XL This £155 garment only just missed going back as it might have been a good L but it was smaller than my experience with most other XLs - including Cotswold branded. Noticed with their terms you have to pay return postage - like you pay £155 and the size is questionable - and the customer has to pay for the return!! - unacceptable. Would I buy again? - Not by internet.”

“I emailed some questions about the product rucksack and men jacket, but unfortunately the answer was ' Unfortunately, the only information we have regarding products is displayed on the website. We are not able to provide any further advice on products. Reference: CAS-1754294-B0D5T8' Therefore I have not purchased some expensive rucksack and men jacket. Please improve.”

“as always excellent products - only comment worth noting is took too long to dispatch - had 3 e-mails just to finally tell me goods had been collected- got goods following day . These days customers expect fast dispatch and fast delivery - that is the way to compete in todays market . thanks”

“Finilly arived. The problem occurred in transportation and the final sum I paid about 100 euros more (I was very disappointed, angry ... I even cried). Most mad at You, your site was nowhere mentioned additional costs. When I ordered goods from other countries did not have such problems.”

“Once I'd managed the place the order an excellent service (order placed Sunday evening and goods received Monday). Would have got a very good rating, but the web site is not optimised for ipads which meant that several of the critical form options (address autofill, Paypal, and critically cardpay) did not work on my ipad without errors. This meant I had a very frustrating hour before finally giving up and firing my old laptop up to place the order. Its a shame as the price, online shop layout and the rest of the service were first class. The registration/epay functions/forms on the website desperately need updating though, I don't expect to be forced to use a laptop to place an order in 2015 and came very close to ordering via Amazon as I don't have these hassles with their website.”

“Dear Sir or Madam, It is a pity when you have a typo in your account and you cannot change it (e.g. Address). Whenever I order via Internet I could change my account details or add an alternative address for shipping. This is not possible on your website. Would be happy that this works! Best, Doris Smetana”
