“Whoever folded the rectangular shaped rucksack to fit it into a square shaped package & in the process bent the stiffening board, should be told that it is 'not a good idea'.”

“I was disappointed as I really like the trousers but cannot get a pair to fit me. I have another pair of Karrimor walking trousers size 14 which fit fit fine but the ladies stretch trousers size 16 is too small and the size 18 fall off me. So I had to return both pair. The sizing does not seem to be consistent.”

“The delivery was efficient, but the shipping costs were relatively high. Unfortunately the sandals do not fit me well so I want to return them, but I have to pay for the postage again myself. Other companies do not charge for returns, especially for clothing which customers have not been able to try on before buying.”

“After paying £6.99 postage for next day delivery I was very surprised that the shoes were much too small, as I already have a similar pair from Karrimor, also in a size 4, which fit perfectly. I was even more annoyed that it cost me £11 to return the shoes today, sending them by Registered Post, as advised. This is the last time that I will order shoes in this way unless the firm uses a free click and collect service, and allows free returns.”

“Quick delivery. Unfortunately the product did not deliver. I've had a Karrimor backpack for 15 years now and it served me well until it got damaged a couple of months ago so I ordered another Karrimor backpack of similar spec. Disappointingly the quality of straps is nowhere near to that on the old backpack. I could not get the new model to fit my back no matter what I tried so I gave up in the end and returned the product. Very disappointing. I a m waiting for a refund now.”

“My parcel was delivered quickly however the shoes I ordered were too small so I have sent them back and requested a larger size.....I am now waiting for confirmation of receipt of the shoes and for my replacement ones to arrive....”

“The sole on the right trainer 'feels funny'. It's much closer to my foot than the left shoe and I've never had that issue before. But it's not causing any irritation and otherwise the shoes have been good - it just feels a bit weird.”

“The speed of delivery was good, but the shoes were too tight so we have returned them for an exchange to a larger size. Was not impressed we had to pay for return postage - most internet companies supply postage paid details. This would put me off using Karrimor again as opposed to Amazon or others.”

“The boots were disappointingly narrow. I sent them back I had bought a more expensive pair, so I hoped they would be right size, and not skimpy. I have bought your boots for many years, and wear your them every day your , I buy a new pair at least every 4 months, but I cannot find the "Event " ones that I know fit me. I chose your site ,not Amazon, so I thought I would get more range and the right product but it did not happen”

“Shoes arrived and ordered as a replacement for my aging Hitec xtc sandals which gave me 6 years of mileage. On opening the box I was at first pleasantly surprised at the quality of the materials used to make the shoe. Sadly, this has a slide buckle fastener/tightener at the heal and comes loose quite quickly when walking normally around the house. This is disappointing! The shoe would have been better served with a velcro type fastener which would provide better heal support. I will now have to take these to my cobblers and have this fastener stitched in place. Overall rating 3/5.”

“I ordered 3pairs of laces for a pair of Karrimor walking shoes that have metal eyelets so the laces tend to fray quite quickly. The laces are as described and match/fit in the shoes. The only negative comment I have is that the postage costs were more than the laces.”

“The sizes come up small. And the trousers are a little see through! Unless I'm just fatter than I thought and need to buy a size bigger to get my chunky butt into them!?”

“I am still waiting for my order as Yodel have not fulfilled the delivery. Order finally arrived. The sandals would be lovely but for a sticky label on the insole which I have struggled to remove. There is still a sticky patch.”

“Goods arrived quicker than expected, however this wasn't certain until they actually arrived as the website seems pessimistic about delivery times and geared to pushing you to pay more for a faster service in an unfair manner. A more accurate delivery estimate along with a better idea as to whether your order is in stock would make this a much better service.”

“not the best quality i expected :( there are small parts on the edges of the shoe smeared with glue there should be an extra quality assurance for an international order delivery was very satisfy and fast”

“Products great and website good. One way to encourage more online shoppers would be free returns using collect + or the many other options now offered by other sites. Having to pay for returns especially if they are heavy shoes etc will put me off using this site again.”
